Davis High students showed their school spirit by covering themselves in blue for Freakishly Blue Friday.

While some honored their school by wearing a totally blue outfit, others took things to the extreme by painting their faces blue.

Decked out in nothing but blue, was sophomore Margarita Whittemore. She sported a blue tank top, shorts, sweatshirt, knee high socks, a beanie, a scarf and to top it off, a blue flower garland.

“I’m excited for homecoming,” Whittemore said.

Senior Audrey Ashdown showed her Blue Devil pride by painting one half of her face blue and the other half white.

“I love DHS and since this is my last year, I thought I’d go all out,” Ashdown said.

Two other students, juniors Charley Stephenson and Samuel Burns, had the same idea of painting their faces. They were inspired by the idea of winning the football game.

One student found another way to show her school spirit. Senior Olivia Stroud made blue hand prints all over her legs. She thought it was just another fun way to represent her school.
