HISTORY: BlueDevilHUB.com was created in 2010 and features student-produced content, including breaking news coverage, in-depth features, sports game recaps, video packages and photo essays. The website won the 2011 NSPA online Pacemaker award and was a finalist for the award in 2014 and 2015.

STAFF: All content published on BlueDevilHUB.com is read by the website editor-in-chief, copy editor and section editor. Our videos are reviewed by the multimedia editor-in-chief, and our audio packages are overseen by the radio editor, who also manages KDRT’s “Dirt on Davis,” The HUB’s bi-monthly radio program. The HUB’s social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) are run by the website editor-in-chief, social media editor-in-chief, multimedia editor-in-chief and website photo editor.
THE WEBSITE TEAM
Senior Kellen Browning is the website editor-in-chief of The HUB, and enjoys spending class time piling more work on his website editors, especially Jeanne. He is also a member of the varsity cross-country and track teams, and spends his occasional moments of free time sleeping or eating.
Senior Dylan Lee is the HUB’s Social Media Editor-in-Chief. You may recognize him from his fire tweets from the HUB’s account or his wise advice he offers in his column.
Senior Will Bodendorfer, also known as OG Bobby Bodie, is an up and coming rap star who devotes his spare time to the HUB. He is currently bluedevilhub.com’s Multimedia Editor-in-Chief, and a part-time tortoise caretaker. He explains all his actions with “because my life is dope and I do dope [stuff.]”
Senior Laura Bock is the website copy editor. She enjoys eating pizza and re-watching “The Office.”
Junior Annabelle Zhou is the website news editor for Bluedevilhub.com.
Junior Jeanne Kim is the website feature-culture editor. She enjoys playing guitar and choreographing dance moves to music that she has never heard before.
Junior Willa Moffatt is the Sports Editor for Bluedevilhub.com, and in her free time she enjoys eating Eggo waffles and blowing wishes on dandelion fluffs.
Junior Meghan Bobrowsky is the radio producer for the HUB. She likes to spend her free time finding new music when she isn’t pooped from doing homework.
THE PRINT TEAM
Senior Kate Lee is the editor-in-chief of The HUB and enjoys spiders. Her mom is The HUB’s biggest fan.
Senior Kacey Hsu is The HUB’s managing editor; in other words, Kate’s pet. In her spare time she enjoys avoiding birds at all costs and dancing. She is the second-best member of the DHS dance team, after Jennie Stomach Flu, but she is the first in the heart of The HUB. If she could be any animal, she would want to be a Blue Monkey.
Junior Isabel Montesanto’s true love is music, but she writes and copy edits for the HUB on the side. She is a self-proclaimed tree-hugger and would prefer to be living outdoors.
Junior Isabella Ainsworth is the print news editor for The HUB. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing and planning for her future as a yak herder in Mongolia. Junior Emma Juchau is the People editor. She loves bad puns, reading and spending time with her German Shepherd, Benson. Emma loves the equestrian arts and may occasionally be found on her high horse. Her obsessive love of otters, seals and sea lions defies all explanation. She once held an entire conversation using only otter gifs to describe her friend’s love life. Emma’s favorite foods are chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and macaroni and cheese. But not together, because that’s gross.
Junior Anna Gao is the Spotlight Editor and was once locked out of her own house by her dog. She also enjoys eating hummus on everything and makes killer mac and cheese (from a box).
Junior Nathan Koh is a reporter and op/ed editor for the HUB. He’s a brobdingnagian 5’3” and is continually inspired by his mentor Ben Easton because of his ability to knit kitty scarves.
Junior Judy Park is a reporter and the culture section editor. She can make a microwaveable pizza.
Junior Hanah Wyman is sports editor for The HUB. She often wonders “Why man?” and directs plays that are acted out by her many cats.
Junior Camille Renaud is a student journalist in The HUB. She is also the Co-Sports Editor with another student journalist, Hanah Wyman.
Kelly Wilkerson is The HUB’s adviser, as well as an English, journalism and yearbook teacher.

Junior Julia Curtis is a reporter for The HUB and she likes to work hard to maintain a 4.9 GPA and is working to get her 2350 up to a 2400 on the SAT. In her free time, she enjoys taking care abandoned kittens and Hanah Wyman.
Roland Li is a reporter for the HUB. His favorite basketball players are Brian Scalabrine and Robert Sacre.
Rowan Hart is a reporter for the HUB. He enjoys lacrosse and spending time on the ukulele singing to all 6 of his fish: Gill Mickelson, Larry Fishgerald, Swimmer Fredette, Jeremey Fin, Anna Gao, and the Kraken.

Junior Sean Gellen is a part-time lacrosse player, part-time friend of Rowan Hart, and a full-time reporter for the Blue Devil HUB. He has mixed feelings towards rap music and mint chocolate chip ice cream, and owns a variety of cool kitchen appliances. He likes to take long walks on the beach and save stray puppies from being hit by cars–but only on Wednesdays. You can often find Sean filming sports (for HUB of course) or star gazing on his rooftop.
Tarin is a reporter for the HUB. She is a strong-willed vegetarian and passionate flosser with a talent for horse-related injuries, arguing, making bra napkins, slinging potatoes at random people around uncharted lake areas, archery, and shooting guns rapidly with no accuracy.

Emaan is a reporter for The HUB. She is constantly amazed by Tarin’s wide range of abilities, such as potato slinging.

Lilja Jelks is the website photo editor for The HUB newspaper. She enjoys tending to her hive of bees, watercoloring, rain dancing and thinking about traveling.
Claire Bold is a junior at DHS and the Print Photo Editor for The HUB. She enjoys praising Beyoncé, night biking and ice cream.
Junior Katrina Sturm is a photographer for the Hub. She knows how to cook pasta, pasta sauce and eggs. Completely prepared for the real world am I right?
Sophomore Scout Brown is a photographer for the HUB. She likes to drink boba, spend time with Hanah and Will in Hawaii, and eat mac and cheese.
Jason Jiang is a photographer for the Hub. His hobbies include dental hygiene and thinking about dental hygiene. His ideal partner has excellent dental hygiene. His dream car would also have exemplary dental hygiene. If time travel were possible, he would travel to Elizabethan England to preach the importance of dental hygiene. His pet peeves are halitosis and a mediocre flossing technique.
Alexis Manzanilla is the only senior photographer for The HUB. She enjoys making friends with strangers.
Abby McIntyre is a junior and a photographer for The HUB. She always stays up too late and is perpetually McIn-tired. After high school she plans to live in a van down by the river. And she just wants you to remember that every time you look up at the moon, she too will be looking at a moon. Not the same moon obviously, because that’s impossible.
Junior Claire Richey is a photographer for The HUB. She spends 90 percent of her day quoting her idols Liz Lemon and Leslie Knope. The other 10 percent of her day is dedicated to sleeping and eating chicken tikka masala.
Brooke Lee is a photographer for The HUB and a sophomore at DHS. Brooke Lee enjoys broccoli, Berkeley and Bruce Lee.
THE BUSINESS MANAGERS
Senior Owen Yancher is a business manager/reporter for The HUB. He’s often seen around the DHS campus sporting a Blue Devil speedo and knows more about DHS sports than anyone really should. He enjoys experimenting with his facial hair, punting and joking around.
Diksha Chaudhary is a business manager. She enjoys reading mystery books and she is a ballerina and contemporary dancer. She loves to meet new people and volunteers often. She moved from Nepal in sixth grade and has lived in Davis ever since and she is trilingual.
