If you see someone walking on the street with a square shaped camera, you will know that you are looking at an iPhone 11. On Sept. 10, Apple released its first new iPhone since last year.

The release of the iPhone was at the Steve Jobs theatre in Cupertino. Three models of the phone were released: the iPhone 11, the iPhone 11 Pro and the iPhone 11 Pro Max, starting at $699, $999 and $1,099, respectively. In addition to the new phones, they also released a new Apple watch and iPad.

The iPhone 11 is the cheapest new release of an iPhone since the iPhone 8 in 2017. The iPhone also comes in new fun colors, like a muted green and purple, along with the previous black, white, yellow and red colors.

The new features of the iPhone 11 are mainly upgrades in camera quality, including wide and ultra-wide lenses that allow cropping and zooming after photos are taken.

There is also a night mode which brightens photos in low-light situations. The front facing “selfie” camera has also been updated with new features, like wide angle selfie support.

Other than changes in camera quality, the new iPhone has an anodized aluminum finish. This is supposed to be more durable. It also has a new A13 bionic chip, and it has a 1 hour longer battery life than the iPhone XS.

The iPhone 11 Pro Max carries additional features, but those come at a steep price– at least a $300 increase. These are mainly more camera and technical features.

Overall, the iPhone 11 is a good deal at $699 dollars. It is probably worth buying this phone rather than the $599 iPhone XR, as it will probably last longer.

However, the iPhone 11 Pro Max does not seem worth it. The steep increase in price is not mirrored with amazing new technology, but rather a few boring updates.
